FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions – Short list

    • All tickets are General Admission, open seating unless termed Reserved.
    • Free parking is available adjacent to, and across the street from the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
    • * Auditorium has only 9 locations for those who must remain in a wheelchair for the entire show. This ticket must be purchased 5+ days in advance.
    • ** Infants are no-charge, with a $0 ticket issued at the venue, as required by Fire Code.
    • Pick up online purchased tickets at the door to the venue at show time.

Ticket, Seating, and Venue FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. What is a Preferred ticket?
    A. The best seats in the house! A guaranteed seat (no need to wait in line), in a reserved area located mid-center of the main floor of the auditorium. Seats are not numbered but are optimally located for best viewing.
  • Q. Are seats reserved?
    A. No, unless called Reserved, all tickets are General Admission, open (unreserved) seats. The entire venue has no 'limited visibility' seats, downstairs or upstairs.
  • Q. Is parking free?
    A. Yes. Parking lots are immediately adjacent to, and across the street, with an easy 2-3 minute walk to the venue door.
  • Q. What is a Wheelchair ticket? *
    A. For those who must remain in a wheelchair for the entire show. Auditorium is limited to 9 chairs, thus tickets must be bought 5+ days in advance.
  • Q. Are babies free? **
    A. Lap held infants are no-charge but per Fire Regulations must have, and are given a $0 ticket at the venue.
  • Q. Where are my, and how do get my online tickets (paid with Paypal/Credit Card)?
    A. Pick up from the RB Chorale ticket table by the entrance to the venue (not the box office) starting one (1) hour before your show.
  • Where is the venue?
    Poway Center for the Performing Arts, 15498 Espola Road, Poway, CA 92064.
    Next door to, and on same block as Poway High School.
  • Q. Paypal won't let me use my Credit Card (CC).
    A. Paypal does not allow a CC tied to a Paypal account. Use that Paypal account or another card, or another method.

    Do I just print the email and show it at the door, do I go to will call?

      Linda, thanks for your support of the RB Chorale.
      Q. Are tickets available for sale at the door?
      A. Yes but … the 2015 Spring show was 100% (pre)sold out on both nights.
      Based on sales to date (June 9), Friday tickets should be available, but very few for Saturday.
      You can check with tickets@rbchorale.org on Thursday and Friday. The website will also indicate a sellout as it occurs.

    I would like to buy 2 (pver 55) tickets for Saturday 11 June (if none available Friday 10 June ok). Prefer to pay with credit cards I already have. Do not want to get a paypal credit card. How do I do this?

      Sheila, thanks for supportingthe RB Chorale.
      Click “Pay with Paypal” then on the 1st Paypal page click “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit” to pay with a credit card.
      I clarified this option in the 2nd ticket page paragraph.
      “When your order is complete, use the ‘Check out with Paypal’ button (under the Cart) to pay. There you will have the option to pay with Paypal, a credit card, or a debit card.”

    Hi,
    I just purchased 2 tickets for Saturday, June 11, I have the receipt which shows I paid but I didn’t see anywhere to print the tickets? Do I pick them up at the front door?

    I THINK that I just bought a ticket for Friday’s performance. I paid paypal for it, but RB Chorale never asked me for any information. (Name, email, etc.) So how do you know who I am when I show up to pick it up?

      Robert, rest assured that we received your Paypal payment notice, with your name and email address. We’ll have your ticket ready for you at the door on Friday June 10. Thank you for your support of the RB Chorale. The Webmaster.

    I tried to purchase tickets on the website last night [evening before show day], in the reserved section. I’m uncertain as to whether the transaction went thru. the tickets are for tonight. Please advise me

      Thank you for supporting the RB Chorale, and we know you enjoyed the show!. Ticket verification is by email from Paypal. An online (web page) ticket purchase can be made up to 3 hours before the show. Tickets are then available starting one (1) hour before the show, at the RB Chorale table by the entrance to the venue.
