Alana sings in the Advanced Choir and the advanced Jazz Ensemble “Resonate” at her high school. She starred in “Hairspray” and on the weekends performs in her church’s praise band. She will attend Whittier College majoring in Public Relations and minoring in music.
Emily has been playing cello since she was 10 and teaching cello since the 7th grade. The RB High orchestra director credits her with the ability to relate to her peers, gaining the respect indicative of a great teacher. She will attend California State University Fullerton and major in music.
Kailyn belongs in the world of musical theater and has her sights set on Broadway. She has auditioned and been accepted into eight different Bachelor of Fine Arts programs and plans to attend Texas State University. The artistic director of the San Diego Repertory Theater said she has endless potential after she played Pickles in The Great American Trailer Park Musical.

Chase is an accomplished jazz and classical pianist. He composes and performs in his own band. His music teacher cites that he is on a different level than other high school students. Chose will attend UC San Diego where he plans to focus on piano and jazz studies.
Kimberly has a passion for music and also works hard at her academic courses, as evidenced by her weighted grade point average of 4.41. She plans to attend the prestigious Eastman College of Music in Rochester, New York.
Oscar started singing at the end of his junior year after listening to Enrico Caruso and Luciano Pavarotti. He participates in both the Valley Center Advanced Choir and Jazz Ensemble. He has been elected the Valley Center High Student of the Month eight times. He plans to major in Music/Classical Vocals at Valparaiso University in Indiana.
